Grow Green Vision

Brampton is a community that will conserve, enhance and balance our natural and built environments to create a healthy, sustainable, and resilient city. We will carry out our responsibilities to meet the needs of the present community without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Guiding Principles

The Brampton Grow Green EMP is guided by the principles of Leadership, Responsibility, Balance, Accountability, Stewardship, and Partnership.

Core Components

The Brampton Grow Green EMP is organized around the core components of People, Air, Water, Land, Energy, and Waste, with actions, metrics, and targets identified for each.

Brampton Grow Green EMP is a living document that will grow and change with the City as its environmental priorities and goals evolve.
