The offending post(s) may be hidden, reported and/or deleted at our discretion.
Stay on topic
We encourage focused, thoughtful comments and discussions in response to the City’s departments, projects and initiatives. Comments which are not related to our content or attempt to derail the conversation may be removed.
Zero spam policy
Messages or comments that appear to be spam, or promote a business or organization for commercial gain, may also be hidden, reported and/or deleted at our discretion.

Your interaction with us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube are subject to the privacy policies of these third party service providers. These social media websites collect, store, and manage your personal information any time you use their respective platforms. Please note that City of Brampton has no control over how these third party service providers use your personal information.
Our social media accounts are publicly accessible and posts are visible to the public. For your own protection, please do not post any personal information about you or anyone else (including email addresses, mailing addresses and telephone numbers). If you post your personal information to our social media accounts in a public way, we may delete the post.
Users should be aware that, unless otherwise stated, all posts or comments by the public on a City of Brampton social media site are considered to be part of a public record as defined by section 27 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
