Certified Model Process
This application process allows the review of home designs to be completed prior to registration of the draft plan of subdivision. The application packages provided below include all of the information that you will need in order to prepare a complete submission.
Model Homes
Model homes are homes used for display purposes.
Sales Offices
Temporary sales offices are subject to approvals and temporary structure agreements.
Signs
Please Note: A separate permit is required for all signs and flags related to the sale of new homes. Visit the
Signs web page.
Demolition
Demolition of residential properties in the City of Brampton is regulated by Section 33 of the Planning Act and requires that the Council of the City of Brampton issues a permit for the demolition.
