Tour the Trees Bike Tour
Join Parks and Forestry and Bike Brampton on a free bike ride as we learn about the significant trees in our backyard and finish off your ride with a free barbeque!

In celebration of Brampton Tree Month, Brampton residents can register for a free tree! Quantities are limited. Trees are restricted to one per household and can be planted on private property only (front or back yards). If you received a tree during our Spring Residential Tree Giveaway, you will not qualify for the Fall giveaway. Residents must register to participate and agree to certain conditions. 1 tree per household will be available for pickup in-person the weekend of September 23rd-24th.

Story Walk at Chinguacousy Park
Take a stroll through Chinguacousy Park and read along with Tree Song by Tiffany Stone and Holly Hatam. This picture book tells us about of the life cycle of a tree from birth to maturity for all ages to enjoy. The book pages are posted on light poles throughout the park!
