Benefits of the New Registration System​

There are many improvements coming with the new registration system that will enhance the way you access Recreation programs and services:

  • Functionality: The new system is easier to navigate and includes a mobile-friendly interface.
  • Program Registrations: Registrations can be done online, as well as in-person and over the phone.
  • Rentals: Clients are able to review their upcoming rentals and payments, documents, and account information.
  • Memberships: Clients can easily buy and renew their memberships online.
  • Account Management: Improvements include the ability to add family members and update payment information. Clients can instantly create their Family Account, view registrations, account transactions and receipts on their client profile.
  • Customization: Clients are able to view and print custom course calendars.

Account Migration

​​​​In August, we migrated all active clients from February 1, 2019 on their account. That means migrated clients have their new account already set-up with contact information, credit balances, and active memberships already loaded.

Clients who did not migrate over to the new system can create a new account.
