Facility Rentals

• Change rooms will not be made available earlier than 30 minutes prior to the sports rental time;
• Participants are expected to leave change rooms 20 minutes after the rental completion time;
• Rental space should not be occupied before or after permitted start and end times;
• Additional Provincial Sport Organization/National Sport Organization guidelines must be adhered to.

Rules governing the use of indoor, non-sports related room rentals:

• Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their room rental time, and are expected to leave by 10 minutes after the rental completion time;
  
• All setup and cleanup/takedown time must be included and accounted for in the contract booking time;
• Rental space should not be occupied before or after permitted start and end times.

For all rentals, please note temporary restrictions in place:

• Lingering before or after rentals is prohibited;
• Sports leagues must have prepared their own Safety Plans;
• All other Provincial and City policies are to be adhered to.
