How to Pay Your Penalty Notice

A. Online Payment​

• Make a payment using the automated touch-tone system at 905.874.2404.​
• ​Phone payments will be subject to a $2.50 processing fee (plus applicable taxes) per Penalty Notice.

• A​llow for sufficient mailing time. Please note that cash is NOT accepted i​n the mail.
  
• Make all cheques and money orders payable to “City of Brampton” and wri​te the number of the Penalty Notice on the front. Post-dated cheques will NOT be accepted. Disho​noured cheques and credit cards will be subject to an administrative fee and if the period of deficiency causes the Penalty Notice due date to lapse and the penalty amount to go into default, an additional fee will be charged and information may be forwarded to a credit bureau.​
