When will the new Comprehensive Zoning By-Law be enacted by Council?

To ensure that the Comprehensive Zoning By-law is a progressive regulatory document that appropriately implements Provincial, Regional and local policies, reflects current zoning practices, and works for the entirety of Brampton today and in the future, the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law is currently scheduled to be reviewed throughout 2023, with adoption in Q4 2023.
